OUR STORY

Space Craft BBQ is a locally-owned craft barbecue food truck located in Webster, TX across from Ellington Field. We pride ourselves on our central-texas style: slow smoked with post oak. Our menu includes brisket, ribs, turkey, pork belly, chicken, and several craft sides. We serve the Clear Lake, Pasadena, Webster, and League City areas. We offer services for catering and private events. We accept pre-orders for larger BBQ orders (such as a whole brisket). We hope you will come see us soon!

 

When we started Space Craft BBQ & Taps we had just been through three waves of a pandemic, political and civil unrest, massive wildfires, tropical storms, and record inflation... When you go through that kind of adversity you bring your family close. That's what brought Ben Muths and Aaron Timmons together. That's what brought Space Craft to life.

We found that the simple pleasure of gathering as a big extended family over great BBQ and cold beer was a cure for the pressure the world around us was serving up. We honed our Craft smoked meat steeped in Texas tradition in the only Space we had. Our homes.

 

Now it is with great pleasure and pride that we share with you Space Craft BBQ and Taps. It is an extension of our homes, our hearts, and our friendship. We hope you join our family and enjoy the journey!
